Ich liebe den Winter. Morgens ist es immer so sch\u00f6n dunkel und man darf mindesten eine halbe Stunde fr\u00fcher aufstehen, um dem Kind (und nat\u00fcrlich sich selber) alle Schichten in der richtigen Reihenfolge anzuziehen (Ironie Ende).  Doch was passiert, wenn das Kind beim letzten Schritt pl\u00f6tzlich streikt und sich die Jacke nicht anziehen will?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcrsorge oder Machtkampf?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\"Im<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Eigentlich ist es ja ganz einfach und verst\u00e4ndlich. Als Eltern m\u00f6chte man, dass das Kind gut eingepackt das Haus verl\u00e4sst, damit es nicht wom\u00f6glich noch krank wird. Doch das Kind hat andere Ideen. Die Jacke engt ein, passt nicht zu den Schuhen oder ist von letzter Saison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solche Situationen k\u00f6nnen schnell in einem Machtkampf enden. Wer sitzt am l\u00e4ngeren Hebel? Wer hat den l\u00e4ngeren Atem? Wenn man sich auf dieses Spiel bzw. diesen Kampf einl\u00e4sst, wird es nur Verlierer geben. Schreiende Kinder, schreiende Eltern, Wut, Tr\u00e4nen und wahrscheinlich einen ziemlich unsch\u00f6nen Start in den Tag. Muss nicht sein, oder? Aber was kannst du sonst tun, wenn dein Kind die Jacke nicht anziehen will?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jacke nicht anziehen als Alternative?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hast du dir schon einmal \u00fcberlegt, was passieren w\u00fcrde, wenn dein Kind das Haus wirklich ohne Jacke verl\u00e4sst? Ich habe es versucht, mehrmals. Und ganz ehrlich, es passiert nicht viel. Nach ungef\u00e4hr 30-60 Sekunden merkt das Kind, dass die alte Mutter wohl doch nicht so Unrecht hatte und es wirklich kalt ist. Es zieht die Jacke also liebend gerne an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das gleiche gilt \u00fcbrigens auch f\u00fcr M\u00fctzen, Handschuhe, ja sogar Schuhe. Genau, richtig gelesen, es kam auch schon vor, dass Kind das Haus ohne Schuhe verlie\u00df.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respekt und Vertrauen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Corina, wie kannst du nur, denkst du dir jetzt vielleicht. Du kannst doch dein Kind bei Minus-Temperaturen nicht halb angezogen auf die Strasse schicken. Das geht einfach nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doch das geht. Und ich verrate dir gerne warum. Einerseits muss ich ehrlich gestehen, dass ich wohl ein wenig faul bin. Gerade fr\u00fchmorgens habe ich keine Lust auf sinnlose Diskussionen. Und noch weniger auf irgendwelche d\u00e4mlichen Machtk\u00e4mpfe. Deshalb wird hier nicht lange gefackelt. Wenn Kind keine Jacke anziehen will, dann kommt sie eben in die Tasche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Nicht<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Der zweite und viel wichtigere Grund ist, dass ich meinem Kind vertraue und es ernst nehme. Es will die Jacke nicht anziehen, weil es zu warm ist? Gut. Ich glaube ihm. F\u00fcr mich vielleicht schwer vorstellbar, weil ich eine mittlere Frostbeule bin. Aber ich w\u00fcrde ja auch meinem Mann keine Jacke anziehen, nur weil ich es f\u00fcr n\u00f6tig halte, oder? Warum soll ich dies also beim Kind tun? Nein, lieber m\u00f6chte ich seine Entscheidung respektieren und darauf vertrauen, dass er auf seinen K\u00f6rper h\u00f6rt. Er wird sich etwas anziehen, wenn ihm kalt ist. Da bin ich mir ganz sicher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entspannter Alltag f\u00fcr alle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00dcbrigens, um noch einmal auf die eingangs erw\u00e4hnten Eltern-\u00c4ngste einzugehen: auch wenn mein Kind im Winter ab und zu keine Jacke anzieht oder die Schuhe im Sandkasten auszieht, ist er nicht h\u00e4ufiger krank als andere. Im Gegenteil, er hat ein ausgezeichnetes Immunsystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vielleicht probierst du es beim n\u00e4chsten Mal einfach einmal aus, wenn dein Kind die Jacke nicht anziehen will? Vertraue ihm. Es wird schon merken, wenn es ihm zu kalt wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00dcbrigens gilt dies auch f\u00fcr ganz viele andere Bereiche des t\u00e4glichen Lebens. Gerade auch beim Essen finde ich vertrauen und Selbstbestimmung ganz wichtig. Warum? Das verrate ich dir hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
