Deshalb gibt es in den n\u00e4chsten Wochen Geschichten, Rezepte und sogar einen tollen Gewinn aus meinem Lieblingsland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die erste kulinarische K\u00f6stlichkeit k\u00f6nnte einfacher nicht sein. Und doch gibt es bei uns zu Hause immer wieder Diskussionen, wie denn eine echte Guacamole zu sein hat. Die Tomate und die Zwiebel in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, den Koriander grob hacken und alles zusammen mit der Avocado mischen. Den Saft einer Limette dazugeben und mit Salz w\u00fcrzen. Fertig ist die perfekte Guacamole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um zu verhindern, dass die Sauce schnell braun wird, l\u00e4sst man einen Avocado-Stein in der Sch\u00fcssel. Ob das wirklich der Grund ist, warum sie sich nicht sofort verf\u00e4rbt oder ob es vielleicht etwas mit dem Limettensaft zu tun hat, kann ich nicht hundertprozentig sagen.\u00a0 Ich w\u00fcrde mich aber auch nie getrauen, diese Regel zu missachten. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lust auf noch mehr mexikanisches Essen?
