Geschmacklich ist es durchaus ok, aber diese Konsistenz? Muss nicht sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nun bin ich aber im geheimen Rezeptbuch meines Bruders auf den Marroni-Kuchen gesto\u00dfen und daf\u00fcr gebe ich doch dem guten alten Vermicelles eine neue Chance. In dieses Buch kommen n\u00e4mlich nur Rezepte die f\u00fcr 100% gut befunden wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich wurde nicht entt\u00e4uscht. Der Kuchen wurde so saftig und unglaublich lecker, dass er ratzfatz weggeputzt war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heute m\u00f6chte ich dieses herbstliche Rezept gerne mit euch teilen. Und falls mein geliebter Bruder jemals auf diesen Blogpost sto\u00dfen sollte, so m\u00f6ge er mir verzeihen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr eine Cake-Form von 25cm braucht ihr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>90g Butter<\/li><li>130g Zucker<\/li><li>1TL Zimt<\/li><li>3 Eier<\/li><li>200g Marronipur\u00e9e<\/li><li>150g gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die weiche Butter mit dem Zucker und den Eiern schaumig r\u00fchren. Danach das Marronipur\u00e9e dazugeben und zum Schluss die gemahlenen Haseln\u00fcsse und den Zimt darunterheben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Masse in eine vorgefettete Cake-Form f\u00fcllen und bei 175 Grad ca. 60 min. backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fertig ist euer St\u00fcck Herbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcbrigens, falls ihr zu viel Vermicelles habt, k\u00f6nnt ihr dies auch sehr gut einfrieren.
