Also mache ich mich auf die Suche nach einem Grundrezept, einfach und schnell soll es gehen. Eine grosse Masse und dann individuell verfeinern. Man braucht sich das Leben ja nicht unn\u00f6tig schwer zu machen, oder?<br>Im guten alten tiptopf werde ich f\u00fcndig (wer kennt es noch?). Das alte und stets bew\u00e4hrte Gleichschwer-Rezept. Die Cake-Form ausbuttern und mit Mehl best\u00e4uben.<\/li><li>Butter schaumig schlagen bis sich Spitzchen bilden. Einmal mit Zitrone (Rezept wie oben. Nach dem Backen habe ich die Cakes mit Zitronensirup getr\u00e4nkt), einmal Marmor (halbe Menge Grundrezept, die andere H\u00e4lfte mit Schokopulver und ein wenig Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream) und einmal mit Birne und Kakaopulver.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor allem der Marmor-Crunchy Kuchen kam bei Eltern wie auch Kindern super an.
