Der Kindergarteneintritt steht bevor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die <strong>Vorfreude ist gross. <\/strong>Beim Kind. Nicht unbedingt bei mir. Ich f\u00fchle mich irgendwie <strong>noch nicht bereit <\/strong>f\u00fcr diesen Schritt.\ud83d\ude42 aber anderes Thema. Heute soll es nicht um mich und mein Loslassen gehen, sondern ums Kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Aufregung vor dem Kindergarteneintritt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich beobachte n\u00e4mlich seit Jahren, dass <strong>die letzten Wochen<\/strong> vor dem Kindergarten-Eintritt unglaublich <strong>anstrengend<\/strong> sind. Hinter verschlossenen Kita-T\u00fcren nennen wir sie gerne auch einmal die <strong>Horror-Wochen.<\/strong> Gef\u00fchlt alles, was wir den Kindern die letzten 4 oder 5 Jahren versucht haben beizubringen, ist vergessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da werden pl\u00f6tzlich wieder <strong>Legosteine<\/strong> in hohem Bogen <strong>durch die Luft<\/strong> geschleudert, andere Kinder, die im Weg stehen, zur Seite <strong>geschubst, geschrien<\/strong> und um sich <strong>geschlagen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gleichzeitig sind die Kinder <strong>unglaublich anh\u00e4nglich.<\/strong> Wo vorher jede Hilfe verweigert wurde, wie z.B. anziehen, aufs WC gehen, etc. geht jetzt nichts mehr. Bei allem brauchen sie <strong>Unterst\u00fctzung, <\/strong>sei es beim <strong>Konflikte l\u00f6sen <\/strong>oder beim <strong>Wasser einschenken.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kinder haben <strong>in kurzer Zeit tausend R\u00fcckschritte<\/strong> gemacht und mehr als einmal stellt sich mir die Frage: und ihr wollt im Sommer in den Kindergarten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine weitere Phase, die vorbei geht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Erkennst du dein zuk\u00fcnftiges Kindergarten- oder Schulkind auch in dieser Beschreibung?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann kommt hier die gute Nachricht: <strong>es ist komplett normal <\/strong>(und geht vor\u00fcber)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bis es aber vorbei ist, zeige ich dir, wie du mit dieser Vor-Schul-Phase am besten umgehst und m\u00f6chte dir erkl\u00e4ren, <strong>warum unsere Kinder <\/strong>eigentlich <strong>so reagieren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sicherheit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindergarten. <strong>\u00dcberall <\/strong>wird nur noch von diesem<strong> Kindergarten<\/strong> gesprochen. Jeder entfernt bekannte Erwachsene stellt dem Kind dieselbe Frage: <strong>freust du dich auf den Kindergarten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei weiss das Kind oftmals noch gar nicht, was denn <strong>Kindergarten bzw. Kindergarteneintritt \u00fcberhaupt bedeutet. <\/strong>Es hat keine Vorstellung davon, wie es dort aussieht, <strong>was man da macht <\/strong>und wie es ist, t\u00e4glich an einen Ort hinzu&#8220;m\u00fcssen&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das alles kann beim Kind grosse <strong>Unsicherheit <\/strong>und teilweise auch <strong>Angst ausl\u00f6sen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mama-kann-das.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/240645010_170069831920970_8509894843545406091_n.jpg?resize=330%2C447&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Gemeinsames Ablaufen des Schulweges ist f\u00fcr die Kinder enorm wichtig.\" class=\"wp-image-804\" width=\"330\" height=\"447\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mama-kann-das.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/240645010_170069831920970_8509894843545406091_n.jpg?w=660&amp;ssl=1 660w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mama-kann-das.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/240645010_170069831920970_8509894843545406091_n.jpg?resize=600%2C813&amp;ssl=1 600w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mama-kann-das.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/240645010_170069831920970_8509894843545406091_n.jpg?resize=221%2C300&amp;ssl=1 221w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Thematisiere <\/strong>den Kindergarten. Es gibt <strong>tolle Bilderb\u00fccher<\/strong> dazu. Vielleicht st\u00f6berst du einmal durch die Bibliothek in deiner N\u00e4he?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schaut euch den <strong>Kindergarten<\/strong> schon einmal <strong>von Aussen<\/strong> an. Was hat es rundherum? Gibt es einen Spielplatz? Das <strong>Kennen der Umgebung<\/strong> schafft <strong>Sicherheit.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lauft<\/strong> gemeinsam den <strong>Kindergartenweg <\/strong>ab. Lass dich <strong>von deinem Kind f\u00fchren<\/strong> und schaffe so <strong>Erfolgsmomente<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Und nat\u00fcrlich: der <strong>Schnuppertag<\/strong>. Erm\u00f6gliche deinem Kind einen <strong>Besuch im Kindergarten<\/strong>. Falls ihr am vorgegebenen Datum nicht k\u00f6nnt, vereinbart einen individuellen Termin mit dem Kinderg\u00e4rtner \/ der Kinderg\u00e4rtnerin. Auch das <strong>Hineinschnuppern in schulerg\u00e4nzende Betreuung \/ Tagesschule<\/strong> macht Sinn. Auch wenn es vielleicht nicht offiziell angeboten wird, frag unbedingt bei der Leitung nach. Ein <strong>Besuch vor dem Schulstart<\/strong> sollte in jeder <strong>Betreuungseinrichtung<\/strong> m\u00f6glich sein!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Kindergarteneintritt &amp; seine Jackpot-Frage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Sensibilisierung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie schon erw\u00e4hnt, das Kind wird ca. 20 mal t\u00e4glich gefragt, ob es sich auf den Kindergarteneintritt freut. Aber wie kann man sich auf etwas freuen, dass man (noch) gar nicht kennt? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier m\u00fcssen wir als <strong>Erwachsene <\/strong>unbedingt <strong>sensibler werden<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versuch doch anstelle der bekannten Ja-Nein-Frage, <strong>offene Fragen <\/strong>zu formulieren, wie z.B.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Was denkst du, erwartet dich im Kindergarten?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was macht ihr wohl den ganzen Tag?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wie sieht deine Kindergarten-Tasche \/ -Zn\u00fcnibox \/ deine Finken aus?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch solche Fragen k\u00f6nnen wir auch eher <strong>herausfinden,<\/strong> was das <strong>Kind noch braucht,<\/strong> wo noch <strong>Unsicherheiten <\/strong>bestehen, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Akzeptanz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja, wir k\u00f6nnen dem Kind <strong>Sicherheit geben,<\/strong> <strong>\u00c4ngste abbauen<\/strong> und versuchen, dem Thema mit viel <strong>Sensibilit\u00e4t <\/strong>zu begegnen. Das ist aber alles<strong> kein Garant<\/strong> daf\u00fcr, dass sich das <strong>Verhalten<\/strong> der Kinder<strong> \u00e4ndern <\/strong>wird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was sich aber mit grosser Wahrscheinlichkeit <strong>ver\u00e4ndern<\/strong> wird, ist deine <strong>pers\u00f6nliche Einstellung<\/strong> zu dieser &#8222;schwierigen Phase&#8220;. Wenn wir einmal <strong>verstanden<\/strong> haben, warum unsere Kinder gerade reagieren, wie sie es tun, f\u00e4llt uns der <strong>Umgang <\/strong>damit meist <strong>leichter<\/strong>. Wir k\u00f6nnen akzeptieren. Und wo Akzeptanz passiert, geschieht auch Beziehung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dein <strong>Kind merkt<\/strong>, einmal mehr, <strong>dass es sein darf, wie es ist<\/strong>. Dass du es akzeptierst und liebst, egal was da noch kommt. Und das <strong>ver\u00e4ndert die komplette Situation.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mit Liebe &amp; Gelassenheit begleiten<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mama-kann-das.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/20230124_203841.jpg?resize=384%2C512&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Den Kindergarteneintritt mit Liebe und Gelassenheit begleiten.\" class=\"wp-image-1493\" width=\"384\" height=\"512\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Irgendwann habe ich <strong>eingesehen<\/strong>, dass es nicht besser wird, wenn ich dem Kind sage, dass es vor zwei Wochen seine Socken noch <strong>selbst anziehen<\/strong> konnte und es das jetzt immer noch kann. Ich habe <strong>verstanden,<\/strong> dass das einzige, was uns in dieser Situation hilft, <strong>liebevolle Begleitung<\/strong> ist. Ich habe <strong>akzeptiert,<\/strong> dass wir da <strong>gemeinsam durch d\u00fcrfen<\/strong>. Und angefangen, die <strong>geforderte N\u00e4he <\/strong>zu <strong>geben<\/strong>, <strong>gelassen, in Liebe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn <strong>vielleicht ist es das letzte Mal<\/strong>, dass Kind nicht alleine schlafen will, mich praktisch keine Sekunde aus den Augen l\u00e4sst und am liebsten<strong> immer in meiner N\u00e4he ist.<\/strong> Vielleicht ist <strong>die Phase <\/strong>auch ein <strong>wichtiger Teil f\u00fcr mich.<\/strong> F\u00fcr mein Loslassen.
