Chr. Die ganze Schweiz wird von COVID-19 besetzt&#8230; Die ganze Schweiz? Nein! Ein von unbeugsamen Erzieher\/-innen bev\u00f6lkerter Berufszweig h\u00f6rt nicht auf, dem Virus Widerstand zu leisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empfehlung statt konkrete Regelung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So oder so \u00e4hnlich f\u00fchlt sich im Moment mein Arbeitsalltag an. Corona ist allgegenw\u00e4rtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die Schulen geschlossen wurden, bleibt unsere Kita wie bis anhin ge\u00f6ffnet. Die Verantwortung \u00fcber Entscheide betreffend Kindertagesst\u00e4tten werden vom Bundesrat an die Kantone abgegeben. Die Kantone geben Empfehlungen heraus, wie wir uns verhalten sollten. Konkret umsetzen lassen sich aber nur die wenigsten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gruppen sollen aus nicht mehr als 5 Kindern bestehen. Wird schwierig, wenn die H\u00e4lfte des Teams krank geschrieben ist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir putzen weiterhin Nasen, singen die Kleinen in den Schlaf und geben ihnen ein St\u00fcck Normalit\u00e4t zu Corona-Zeiten. Den einzigen Schutz den wir haben, ist wie immer, wenn ein Virus im Umlauf ist, das gute alte Desinfektionsmittel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich liebe meine Arbeit. Ich verstehe, dass es uns braucht und ich bin gerne bereit meinen Teil dazu beizutragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich verstehe, das Home Office mit Kleinkindern eine schiere Unm\u00f6glichkeit ist. Ich w\u00fcnsche mir, dass unsere Arbeit wertgesch\u00e4tzt wird. Dass wir anst\u00e4ndig entlohnt werden. Dass wir endlich einen Gesamtarbeitsvertrag erhalten. Dass faire Arbeitsbedingungen f\u00fcr alle gelten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liebe Eltern, wir sind gerne f\u00fcr euch da. Wir entlasten euch, haben ein offenes Ohr f\u00fcr eure Sorgen und betreuen eure liebsten Sch\u00e4tze professionell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liebes System, wir riskieren unsere Gesundheit.
